What to expect at your first group class
Arrive a little early, wear clothes you can move in, skip the performance mindset. We scale every exercise in the room.

A first group class should feel like walking into a room that was expecting you — not like an audition. Here is the simple version of how an hour at Repset actually goes.
Arrive a little early
Ten minutes is enough. We show you the room, where to put shoes and water, and which reformer or mat is yours. If you messaged us on Telegram, we already know you are new.
What to wear and bring
- Clothes you can move in — fitted enough that the trainer can see your shoulders and knees.
- Water. We provide reformers, mats, blocks and stretching props.
- Skip the heavy gym-bag energy. The rooms stay quiet on purpose.
How the hour is built
Every class has a warm-up, the main work, and a cooldown. The trainer names what you are doing and why, then walks the room. If something does not suit your back, wrist or balance that day, you get a different version — that is normal, not a failure.
You do not need to keep up with anyone. Groups stay small so the session can flex around the people who actually showed up.
After class
Ask anything. If you want a regular slot, we confirm it on Telegram the same day whenever we can. If you are only in Canggu for a week, say so — we will place you in hours that still have space.
